Codex

Install the SparkLogs plugin so Codex gets investigation skills and the SparkLogs MCP connection.

Codex exposes each installed skill as $plugin:skill. SparkLogs workflows are $sparklogs:sparklogs-ask, $sparklogs:sparklogs-investigate, and $sparklogs:sparklogs-analyze-cause. Plain language works too: "use sparklogs-investigate on SRV-FILE01 this week".

Install​

codex plugin marketplace add itlightning/sparklogs-ai-plugins
codex plugin add sparklogs@sparklogs-ai-plugins

When Codex prompts, sign in to SparkLogs in the browser.

Do not also add a hand-written [mcp_servers.sparklogs] entry in Codex config if the plugin is installed. That name collides with the plugin's bundled MCP server, and the config file wins.
